Your first session includes a fitness assessment, goal and nutrition discussion, pre-existing conditions, injury and limitation review, an introduction to Zack's training approach, and scheduling of follow-up sessions.
How often should I train?
Training frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and fitness level. Most clients see great results with 2-3 sessions per week, but we'll create a plan that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24-hour notice for session cancellations. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients and maintain a fair scheduling system.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes! I provide general nutrition guidance and meal planning support as part of my training services. For specific dietary needs I can refer you to a registered dietitian.
